Abbas Bolurfrushan is the Chairman of the Bolurfrushan International Group, Chairman and owner of Arya Insurance Brokers LLC (UAE) and Asian Poosheshgar Insurance Brokeraga Company PLC (Iran). He is founding member and Ex-Chairman of Hafez Insurance Company (Iran).
Mr. Bolurfrushan pioneered the private insurance sector in Iran by forming SafeCover in 1971.
Mr. Bolurfrushan is a founding member and Ex-President of the Iranian Business Council of Dubai, Founding Board of Governors of the Capital Club (DIFC), and holds leadership roles in numerous local and international philanthropic organizations.
He received his MBA degree in Risk Management from the College of Insurance in New York (USA) in 1971 and BA from the Academy of Insurance in Cologne (Germany) in 1966.
