Nicholas serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Kay International AMEA Limited. He possesses over 35 years of international experience in the financial services sector having held executive roles within insurance broking, Lloyd’s Syndicates, Reinsurance Companies, and MGA firms.
Most recently, Nicholas served as Chief Executive Officer for R & G MGA Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Underwriting Risk Services Limited, where he expanded the organization throughout the UAE, Italy, Singapore, and USA.
Mr. Hales is a graduate of Henley Management School in General Management, and has successfully completed an intensive Non-Executive Director course at the Cranfield Management Center (UK).
Nicholas is an elected Board Member of the UK Managing General Agent Association and serves on the Conduct and Ethics Committee.
Nicholas holds the designation of Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII)and Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
